Five (5) Morning Routines

THINK! – ACT! – EAT! – REST!
- Create a routine and stick with it! The strength is in the ROUTINE! Follow YOUR routine and stick with it!
- Get your smart phone out of your bedroom! Get yourself an old-fashioned alarm clock, for the beginning! Do not allow your smartphone in there! This will fundamentally change your ability to manage your emotions so that you get not highjacked by them.
- Get more sleep! Sleep at least seven (7) hours per night! And make sure you sleep latest at 11pm. That will give you power, energy, physical and mental freshness.
- Schedule everything! Read your goals every morning! Work out every morning at least for half an hour! Eat healthy food and preferably start with a healthy breakfast!
- Win the morning – win the day! Meditate! Read every single day for an hour in the morning! Live in the present moment! Spend every single day valuable time with your loved ones!
